Return of goods
If the model or size does not suit you, you can return the goods within 14 days from the date of delivery. To do this, you need to write to us at flaner.shop@gmail.com or on Instagram @flaner_urban. Also, the goods must comply with the "Requirements for returning goods".

To return the product, you must provide it in its original condition: without damage and signs of use, with original labels and tags. The rules for returning goods purchased from the online store flaner.com.ua are governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection." We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if the condition of the goods differs from the one in which you received them. To support our position, we always send photos of discrepancies. Please note that product categories such as socks, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable. In case of return, the buyer pays for the return shipping.

After receiving the return and confirming that the return requirements for the goods are met, we will refund your payment. For your convenience, we will find a suitable method for you to return the money to a bank card, which you can specify to the manager during the discussion of the return details.
